Since giving up alcohol I have always enjoyed making non-alcoholic drinks. I get a little creative! I took a hiatus from 2017-2023 and I am happy to say I am back with some new creations. Enjoy and remember that you can always have fun! It's your mind set! You got this!
Lilly Mocktail Martini
Happy Palm Beach!
Ingredients:
Ficks Grapefruit Paloma Premium Cocktail Mix
Torani Raspberry Syrup
Q Sparkling Grapefruit
Rieme’ Pink Citrus Lemonade Sparkling
Pellegrino
Directions:
Mix all of the above in a cocktail mixer filled with ice
Pour into Martini Glass
The Rim of the Martini Glass
Coat with White Frosting
Add Fun Festive Sprinkles
Enjoy!
Happy THIRSTY THURSDAY!! Today we’re enjoying @curiouselixirs again! This drinkis Curious Elixir #4 Sicilian Spritz: Blood Orange Green Mandarin.
Special Thirsty Thursday!! Thanks to Curious Elixirs for sending me these amazing drinks. Tonight we enjoyed the Spicy Stormy Pineapple Margarita!! SO good especially since my cameraman reminded me of the lime!
All you need is Curious Elixir #2, lime, kosher salt, and ice!
Ingredients:
Kiwis
Limes
Ginger
Fresh Mint
Sparkling Water (tonight I’m using Liquid Death Water Lime Flavor)
Instructions:
Pureé kiwi in a blender
Fill glasses with ice
Add kiwi pureé
Squeeze fresh lime
Add a slice of ginger
Top off with sparkling water
Use mint as a garnish
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Fresh Spinach Organic Spinach
Pineapple Juice
Pellegrino
Lime
Jalapeño
Instructions:
Put the fresh spinach in a blender with Pellegrino and some pineapple Juice and blend till it is smooth
Add the spinach and juices into a glass with ice (I poured about a ½ cup)
Then squeeze a lime on top of the spinach
Slice two small pieces of jalapeño into the glass
Then add more Pineapple Juice
I don’t like it too sweet so I added Sparkling Water to top off the drink…

Pom Pom Mocktail
Ingredients
Fresh Ginger
Fresh Cilantro
Pomegranate Juice
Ginger Beer
Lime
The night before, make Pomegranate Molasses
Take Cups of Pomegranate Juice and pour into saucepan
Heat the Juice on Medium heat for 2 hours…Do not bring to boil…just let it simmer with the little bubbles…it will go magically from 4 cups to a ¾ of a cup
Make the drink
Fill your glasses with ice
Add 2 Tbsp of the Pomegranate Molasses
Add some of the leftover juice
Then add some cilantro leaves
2 peels from the fresh ginger root
Fill the remainder of the glass with Ginger Beer
Squeeze fresh lime juice on top
Stir
And Enjoy!
