Me getting out of a dark hole….LOL

Today I talk about a dark experience I had on Sunday and the tools that I used that were in my toolbox. It was so unpleasant and scary for a time and I had to do something….

We all go to these places and it isn’t that we won't ever stop going to places that bring up fear — but it is about how we can escape without using alcohol and drugs.

God is so good, do you believe in God’s winks? Do you know what I am talking about?
