I have the pleasure to speak to my daughter Hadley who has a BA in Religious Studies, we discuss different religions.

We both agree that religion is a personal thing but I believe it is necessary to have a higher power to stay sober.

What is your higher power? God the door knob? Something…..

Hadley discusses some of the options that are out there in terms of religion but her belief which I love is that you can go to religion buffet and choose what works for you.

What are you going to take from the buffet?
