Sparkle reached out to me a couple of months ago and asked if she could come on Busy Living Sober and tell her story and of course I said yes come on!

The definition of sparkle is to shine or glisten with little gleams of light, as a brilliant gem; glitter; coruscate and to be brilliant, lively, or vivacious. Sparkle’s name says it all! She is a sparkle, her experience, strength and hope is inspiring and so relatable.
