Popeye's Tropical Green Delight Mocktail

Ingredients: 

  • Fresh Spinach Organic Spinach 

  • Pineapple Juice

  • Pellegrino 

  • Lime 

  • Jalapeño

Instructions:

  1. Put the fresh spinach in a blender with Pellegrino and some pineapple Juice and blend till it is smooth 

  2. Add the spinach and juices into a glass with ice (I poured about a ½ cup) 

  3. Then squeeze a lime on top of the spinach 

  4. Slice two small pieces of jalapeño into the glass

  5. Then add more Pineapple Juice 

  6. I don’t like it too sweet so I added Sparkling Water to top off the drink…
