Since giving up alcohol I have always enjoyed making non-alcoholic drinks. I get a little creative! I took a hiatus from 2017-2023 and I am happy to say I am back with some new creations. Enjoy and remember that you can always have fun! It's your mind set! You got this!
Honesty is the key! I have been honest with my kids from the very beginning. So when they take a drink they know that there is a good chance that they carry the addiction gene. Open communication is the key.
Strawberry Devine
6 Fresh Strawberries
1 handful of fresh Blueberries
1 Handful of fresh Mint
Muddle the above ingredients until all mashed
Add your favorite sparkling water and pour over ice.
