Super Bowl Surprise I ounce lime Juice I Demara sugar cube Handful of fresh mint leaves 4-5 ounces Ginger Beer Mull sugar with mint leaves in a shaker add the lime juice and ice cubes and shake.

Pour in Old fashioned glass
Finish it with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig enjoy
