Thirsty Thursday Appleuchi
/¾ cup Apply Kombucha
Sparkling Water
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Apple slice
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Cranberries for garnish
ice
Mix all of the ingredients and pour over ice
Since giving up alcohol I have always enjoyed making non-alcoholic drinks. I get a little creative! I took a hiatus from 2017-2023 and I am happy to say I am back with some new creations. Enjoy and remember that you can always have fun! It's your mind set! You got this!
¾ cup Apply Kombucha

Mix all of the ingredients and pour over ice
Recipe
For Ginger Syrup:
1 1.5 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thirds
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Pour in a pitcher
4 cups chilled pear juice
1/2 cup ginger syrup
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 bottle of favorite sparkling water
crushed ice
candied ginger, for garnish
Make the syrup first put first three ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes and let cool
Then mix pear juice, ginger syrup, lemon juice and ground ginger in a pitcher
Mix equal amounts of the juice mixer with your favorite sparkling beverage over ice and enjoy
makes 4 servings
Recipe
1/3 c of fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Cups of Apple Cider
1/3 c of Ginger beer
Take the cranberries and sugar and mull in a large glass or pitcher
then add the remaining ingredients and pour over ice
Enjoy
1/4 c fresh blueberries (frozen would work too)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 fresh lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper
crushed ice
pineapple juice
sparkling water
Mull the first four ingredients together for at least five minutes
Add crushed ice to your cocktail shaker and mulled ingredients and add 1/2 cup of pineapple juice shake well strain into a glass and add equal amount of sparkling water
